Running club strives to keep kids on track
When Boynton Beach resident Roderick Smith was growing up, he didn't have a track and field club to help him train. So after running in the 800 meters, 1,600 meters and the two-mile run for Lake Worth High School and becoming a cross-country All-American at Santa Fe Community College in Gainesville, Smith knew he had to do something positive for his community.
