The Sun-Sentinel, a subsidiary of Tribune Company, is seeking a Databsae Coordinator/Promo Associate to work at our Fort Lauderdale location.

Position Responsibilities: The Database Coordinator/Promotion Associate is responsible for planning, maintaining, monitoring, reporting and trafficking unscheduled and scheduled online space within sun-sentinel.com and various publications, other sites and products on a daily basis. The position also requires proactively managing the department budget, reconciliation and monthly budget closings. Along with these duties, the position will also perform admin duties for the Department Manager, Department and serve as back up to the Marketing Division's Executive Administrative Assistant. The position also requires project management skills in the area of online. Along with these duties, the Coordinator will administer all media trade accounts to fulfill contractual obligations.

Qualifications & Requirements: Undergraduate degree in advertising, communications or marketing is preferred but not mandatory. Should have a minimum of two to three years experience in an office setting. Highly exceptional interpersonal, organizational, planning and administration skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Word and Excel. Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to work in a high-pressure environment. Must be able to prioritize and communicate need for resources. Enthusiasm and strong work ethic are essential.
